Dr. Wendy Rashidi is a family physician who has always been ahead of her time. Prior to enrolling in medical school she studied for a Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition at the University of Illinois. She then went on to graduate from the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford, and completed her specialty training in Family Medicine with Kaiser Foundation Hospital, Fontana, California. She is both board-certified by the American Academy of Family Physicians, and by the American Board of Holistic Medicine.
In her practice of medicine, she sees her role as a physician to be consultant, teacher and expert advisor in partnership with her patients. Her preferred approach is both holistic and preventive, using nutrition and lifestyle changes to optimize health. With her background in clinical nutrition, she joins a growing body of health care professionals in exploring the specialty of Functional Medicine. This specialty works with the patient to evaluate the underlying biochemical pathways involved in the development of disease and aging. She has been a member of New Spirit Naturals Advisory Board and President’s Club since 1998. Making New Spirit’s extraordinary nutritional products available to her patients has boosted their compliance of natural alternatives and dramatically increased her practice. Her credentials continue to grow. She and Ardi, her husband of twenty-five years, have two sons and two daughters. They all enjoy excellent health. They like to stay healthy through nutrition, regular exercise, and natural herbal medicines.
Dr. Wu is the co-author of PingLongevity and Asian Longevity Secrets , founder of PingClinic, Inc., an anti-aging clinic, specializing in anti-aging medicine, herbal medicine, and acupuncture, located in Laguna Beach, CA, USA. She got her M.D. from School of Medicine, Beijing University, M.S. Physiology from Boston University, PH.D of Medicine from American Liberty University, and post doctorate from the Cancer Research Center of the University of Arizona.
Dr. Williams is one of New Spirit’s most valued colleagues and has now become a popular guest speaker for New Spirit around the world. He is well known by Distributors throughout the U.S. and his informative health programs are now in demand in Germany, England and Sweden. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College in 1983 and has continued his studies in Chiropractic Orthopedics, Spinal Trauma, Sports Injuries, Prevention, Muscle Testing/Balancing, nutrition and exercise for the State of California’s Department of Industrial Relations Medical Council.
Dr. Williams works with his patients personally to answer questions about chiropractic healthcare and how it has been successful for millions of people worldwide. He has always incorporated nutrition into his practice. As a minister since 1979, Dr Williams understands that holistic health is a balance between the spiritual, mental and physical being. With a commitment to health and a desire for knowledge, Dr. Williams is always motivating others to achieve greatness. We are glad he is playing an increasing role in New Spirit Naturals.
Dr. Kvachov is currently working as a physician-consultant with the patients with immune insufficiency in Kiev as well as in other cities of Ukraine. He is also a developer of consulting programs for recovering immune functions, and the prevention of cancer and body aging by using New Spirit Naturals food supplements and vitamins. Dr. Kvachov is a nutrition adviser (Ukraine), a professor-adviser for using New Spirit Naturals products in Asia-Pacific Area as well as a member of Scientific Advising Board for the University of Natural Medicine in the United States. With a Masters degree from the National University of Medicine in Kiev, Ukraine in 1972, Dr. Kvachov has been involved in the research of stem cells throughout his career. In 1975, he graduated from the Institute of Oncology (Academy of Science in Ukraine and wrote a dissertation “Problems Of Immunology of Viral Carcinogenesis”.
During the 1980’s, Doctor Kvachov’s main research was concentrated on studying the changes of the Immune System of the patients with immune insufficiency. Dr. Kvachov worked on creating new immunomodulation and immunorehabilitation medicine for the patients with immune insufficiency. Since year 2001 Volodymyr Kvachov became a Director of Immunopathology Research Department at the Ukrainian Academy of Science. Dr. Kvachov is an author of the book “ Immunology of Viral Carcinogenesis”. He is also an author of 170 publications in Ukraine, Sweden, Canada, Brazil, Netherlands, Spain, Japan and other countries.
Dr. Kurashvili serves as the Head of the Dept at Center of Innovative Sport Technologies. He is certified in Sports Medicine and, in 2004, served on the International Olympic Committee.
Dr. Kurashvili is widely recognized for his research on nutrition and dietetics. He was a military flight surgeon, retiring from the Russian Air Force as a colonel. He has served as a Scientific Researcher and later as Head of Survival Department at a Military Institute of Aviation and Space Medicine. He is a scientist specializing in extreme human physiology. His work is focused on elite athletes who are trying to achieve international medal performances.
Dr. Lin is a board certified obstetrics-gynecologist practicing in the San Francisco Bay area for 16 years. Dr. Lin graduated from Boston University School Six Year Medical Program with a NIH Cancer Research Fellowship. She completed her postdoctoral training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Kaiser Permanente Oakland, and a Felix Rutledge Oncology Fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center and a Galloway Fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
Dr. Lin is a fellow of American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, American Board of OB/GYN, American Academy of Anti Aging Medicine, American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. As well as expert reviewer for Medical Board of California and served as Assistant Clinical Professor of OB/GYN for UCSF School of Medicine. Dr. Lin owns and operates MD Laser & Cosmetics Center in Northern California. She holds the patent for new cosmetic lash product as well as and she served as the president of the nonprofit foundation for autism initiatives.
Dr. Bill Akpinar has been a longtime colleague of New Spirit Naturals. With over 25 year in private practice, Dr. Akpinar has been a pioneer in the world of alternative medicine. Currently practicing as an Attending Dentist at Long Island Jewish Hospital and as Director for Pain Control at the Bronx Lebanon Hospital, Dr. Akpinar is always on the move! He is also affiliated with the University of Natural Medicine serving on the Board of Directors and is an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at the New York College of Podiatry. Other organizations that he is currently involved in include The International College of Crainomandibular Orthopedics, the American Board of Forensic Examiners and the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress.
