As President and Chief Executive Officer of New Spirit Naturals, Inc., for over 30 years, Dr. Milam has traveled throughout the world spreading his message “You can take charge of your health if you have the right knowledge.”
Dr. Milam received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee and earned his Doctorate in Homeopathic Medicine from the British Institute of Homeopathy in London, England. He is the author of numerous technical bulletins and audiotapes on nutritional topics. He has published two books, Power Plant Enzymes for Vitality, Digestion and Radiant Health and Homeopathy, A Natural Medicine, Where the Minimum Dose Equals the Maximum Results. Dr. Milam is currently developing his third book Cancer: Nutritional Alternatives.
Leading a team of chemists at his own research laboratory at New Spirits Naturals Corporate Office in San Dimas, California, Dr. Milam is constantly developing advanced nutritional supplements and super foods. New Spirit Naturals Products, including its signature product Green Magic™, are distributed around the world to people invested in their health.
Jason started with New Spirit at the age of twelve filling Tea Tree Oil on his summer breaks from school. Since then he has worked in virtually every department including shipping, packing, filling, manufacturing, warehouse management, front office clerical, quality control, purchasing and finally General Manager. It can be said that he knows the intricacies of each operation at New Spirit. .
Jason received his bachelor degree from the California State University Fullerton in 99 and since graduation has concentrated most of his efforts as Director of Purchasing. He works closely with Dr. Milam to make sure that New Spirit provides its distributors with the finest ingredients available in the market at the best prices. This emphasis on quality has helped New Spirit build the reputation as having the highest quality products on the market which are now available in over 30 countries.
In 2010 Jason was promoted to General Manger and now oversees all aspects of daily operation including our FDA registered manufacturing facility. Jason’s future plans include obtaining his Doctorate degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Natural Medicine.
Jason, and his beautiful wife, Darcy have two children – Christopher (age 6) and Avery (age 1).

With over ten years of experience in the nutritional field, as Director of Special Markets for New Spirit Naturals Gina's primary focus is to understand the precise needs of the client in the nutritional and skin care industry. By recommending strategies, product development, and communicating the desires of the client to the members of the project team, Gina works closely with all of her clients to help them make their goals. It is vital to her that each client, either domestic or international, has her trust, confidence, and goodwill with all of New Spirit Naturals, Inc.
As New Spirit continues to expand into new countries, Alan brings his expertise to the International Sales office.
For three years, prior to joining New Spirit in the United States, he led the sales marketing for New Spirit products in the former CIS Republics, including Russia and Ukraine. As our International ambassador, he travels around the world encouraging people to join New Spirit’s Distributor network and build successful businesses. Alan won’t stop until every country in the world has New Spirit products available to their citizens!
Marie has recently been named the National Director of Training & Distributor Development for New Spirit Naturals. In this position, Marie works directly with all New Spirit Distributors to help them expand their knowledge of health and their vision for success. She helps to coordinate all outside product training meetings and health expos.
As one of the main corporate trainers, you will often see her on the stage during weekly product meetings, open houses and special events. With an unlimited amount of energy and dedication to our Distributors, Marie is always willing to help you grow!
Wilma came to New Spirit with an extensive resume that included a degree in Pharmacology and over 20 years of experience with well-known laboratories.
Under the leadership of Dr. Larry Milam, Wilma continually formulates, perfects and tests New Spirit’s complete line of health and skin care products. Wilma supervises an extremely active research and development lab, working with new products that promise to keep New Spirit up to date with the latest technology.
Commitment and enthusiasm are Esteban’s strength as he tackles the enormous job of making sure that every product produced by New Spirit is perfect and on time.
As Manager of Warehouse Operations, Esteban coordinates a staff responsible for manufacturing and delivery of products to the over 21 countries worldwide. New Spirit Distributors have come to expect perfection thanks to the hard work and supervisory skills of Esteban.
